I have a bit of a dilemma... I have a large rectangular vase (think dozen roses sent by a florist type). foll of coins, quarters, pennies, everything... lots of Eisenhowers, Susan Bs,... just spare change of no more than face value.... So what it the best way to get rid of it? Coinstar? ...any creative ideas, I don't really want to spend it over time, I want it gone!

Sell it as an “unsearched coin hoard” on EBay. 8-)

I would just roll them up and take them to the bank, but that’s just me.

Coinstar works, just watch for fellow Treasurenet members hanging around near the reject tray. :laughing7:

Suggestion: Take a cereal bowl full (put in plastic clear bag) to your bank and see if they will take it. If 'yes', then tell them you have 'X' amount more and ask if they will take them all on your next trip.
Like 'dust'; don't collect change until it becomes a problem.

Take it to a grocery store that has a coin star machine. Deposit the coins in and get a gift card they usually don’t cost anything if you spend it in that store. If you get cash there will be a fee.
