Eliminate Small Miners Waiver???

There was just a post in a Facebook group I am a member of. It says that the BLM is requesting that the maintenance fees be raised and the small miners waiver be deleted. He quoted the request but has not linked yet to where he got the info. Apparently, he says this is part of their budget requests.

Anyone heard of this ?

I don't think the bridges have been burnt at all. More like they were hit with a nuke! I don't play well with people that think we're all a bunch of fools. Many of us here have 20-30+ years experience in many different phases of gold mining and if you think we're a bunch of know nothing rubes remember that we've lost more gold in our tailing piles that you've seen in your 4 years of mining.
