Sunday PM...

A very good deal for $125 IMHO. You can see parts of two dates. Listed as a "buy it now" item. I would buy it if I hadn't spent so much shopping this weekend. Let me know if you buy it...

The seller also has another for $125, not quite as nice....

I dont know. It does look a little shady. The more I learn about cobs, the harder it is to ID the fakes.

The last year of Potosi cobs was 1773.

Thanks. Im getting quite a collection of fakes, copies and replicas but dont know the first thing about starting a website.

Does your internet service provider give you any storage space for a web page? That would be a good place to start a page. After it matures you can migrate it to a better location. As far as registering a domain you can go to a registration company like godaddy.com to check on available names. For instance, "fakecob.com" is available (just an example).

I'll email you when I get time. I have Bellsouth too, but think it is more for simple "personal" pages, not information sites.

How are you saving? I assume you are using IE:

File - Save As - Web Page Complete?

As you probably know you can save only pictures by right clicking on the image and then "save picture as".....

PM me if you are still having trouble....

It says error saving webpage can not complete or something like that. It was working a week or so ago. Ill try to go back to a restore date and/or run a virus sweep. I can still save picture as but not the entire page. It must be my computer. thanks
