DRONE USAGES

Do you have any idea the cost of a LIDAR ONE Mr Viking ?
You can cheat.....You can get pretty close to lidar quality with standard camera mapping combined with SFM (Structure From Motion) This technique will also show up fine variances in topography.

Choose a compatible system: Make sure the LiDAR system is compatible with your drone's make and model.
Consider the size: The size of the LiDAR may affect whether it can be integrated into a fixed-wing drone.

Consider mounting options: Consider the ease of use, anti-dampening system, and robustness of the mounting options.

My buddy spent 15,000 but makes great money surveying.

Was that one of those battles where they just face off in lines and whomever still has men standing wins?
I'll never for the life of me understand the logic of those gun battles.
Morgans raid into Ohio in July 1863. Him and his troops main reason was to attract union troops from the south to remove some pressure on the confederate troops. It lasted about a month. At this battle quite a few people were killed and about 2,000 confederate troops were captured. Morgan with 4 or 500 troops escaped for about a month in July 1863 . Morgan and his troops were captured I think July 26 1863 about 30 miles from where i live here in Ohio

Very interesting stuff. We only have one real battle here that was the gold diggers standing up against the govt officials and soldiers. The Eureka Stockade.
I think the grand total of casualties was 22 miners 5 soldiers.
I don't even think there are any actual pictures of it, just artist versions from historical records and even they vary greatly.
Here's a couple.

Hi Gare.
It happened in Ballarat in 1854.
I often wonder if my great grandfather was there as he was there searching for gold, though I don't know, he came to Australia from Scotland to join the goldrush. Very little family records about him but my grandfather was born there in Ballarat. He when he grew up moved to Taradale another Victorian gold town where my father was born. I don't think any of them found any great amounts and like most just made wages. My father though had an uncle called Nugget supposedly from gold hunting but again no records. The families got sort of busted up during the great depression and some lived one place others elsewhere, wherever they could. My Dad about 10 ended up with Nugget whom he said was a lunatic and he was glad when he was old enough to leave.
Anyway here's the history of it.
