Ha..thanks for that! I had always gone to ace hardware and could find it nowhere else. There is a family dollar right down the road.
I mix mine right in the acetone container then label it "mix" I pour mine back in too.

I am sure it will. I have a cave bear tooth that needs it bad as it is chalky.

Haha... You've been saying that for 6 months.
Also... If you use that mixture And there is some residual moisture Still in the price it might leave a little white residue in spots..... if this happens don't worry.. it wipes right off with a little acetone.

Very nice find. You should put that one in your avatar when it is done.

Thanks Rock....I think my avatar grew roots already though.

Gator, I don't have any pretty drilled out teeth like the ones your getting down there. Here are a few of the ones that I have found locally in the river. You or someone might be able to tell me more about them.

Nice!! That first one is spectacular! Its a Auriculatus...an extinct species of great white. The next looks like a megalodon but may also be mako.

That just gives me........

Hey Elmers Gel is awesome too,if you can find it anymore!!!

I thought about trying that since it was clear... but since I wasn't sure of the ingredients I didn't know if it would turn yellow in time or have some other ill effect.

That one was drilled. I put another tiger shark tooth of the same size next to it.

Are these coming from the Boca Weir area?

Do you folks find a lot of sharks teeth in your area of hunting. Not just the artifact variety but plain fallen out teeth. If so are they the same teeth that can be bought at the trinket shops. I think they would be a nice addition a to an arrowhead necklace

Great shark tooth/bead find!!!
