Don't use QR codes ! EVER ! PERIOD !

During our draconian lockdowns we had to scan to check in everywhere on QR codes. People were on watch at every scan point. Id just rock up to it and pretend to scan it. After scanning you are supposed to show the green tick. Id just show a photo of a green tick.
Worked every time.
Except vax passport points, i was an outcast at those and denied entry.
I met a guy who worked for the govt during that time and he actually said the QR codes were bs in regards to being used to alert people that they had been somewhere that was a covid exposure point. You were supposed to scan, check in, and if covid was reported to have been there in workers or people who had it and gave info of where they had been prior to testing, then people were to get alerted on their devices. He said they were only randomly sent out, alerts, and the check ins were just basically bs doing nothing but put there for a false sense of security.
I refuse to use them. My car has some android blah blah in it and to use it and set it up I have to scan a QR code with my phone. Iv had it 4 yrs and it aint gonna happen. You can bet your last dollar they'd be able track my every movement after that.

I was remodeling my pool room with 100% new everything. Flooring, ceiling, handmade ceiling beams and some walls with homemade shiplap and all molding. Went to Lowe's and bought $1800 for change first. We went to van and loaded up. Back in I went to continue shopping. Ordered new carpet to be installed, ceiling fan, lights and other stuff. I went to checkout and my debit card wouldn't work...? I just used it...? Plenty of cash to cover EVERYTHING...! The new 2nd charge was $1600+. Nope my debit card wouldn't work...! I was about to pay in cash and my girlfriend stepped up and paid for it all with her debit card.

We came home and I switched vehicles and headed straight to my bank (7 mile trip). I asked the manager why I couldn't purchase about $2500 worth of item at Lowes. She said "you have to CALL US to make a purchase like that". I fucking lost it.....! She said "That's all you had to do". Why the hell do I have to ask YOU to make a purchase that I have covered. Long story. Got pissed and I said just give me all my money and I'll move to another bank. AND THEY WOULDN'T / COULDN'T DO THAT EITHER...!!!!! They said I'd have to give NOTICE to pull out my money. Got home and the bank called. Explained it's for my security again. My money is so secure even I couldn't access it at will using their debit card upon my account without their permission and/or notification.

No wonder cash is king...! I guess I'm way to old school folks.

i paid $20 more on my Electric then Normal. Who the Hell do they think they are keeping tabs on me !

I Never take Large amounts out at one Time Either,

Stopped at the bank machine and it gave only $20.00.
He tried again and the daily limit message popped up.
He went to the bank the next morning and asked them what was up with that.

"Sir you got $20.00"

When that county cop uptown followed me out of the station last month or so carrying 2 of 4 12 packs of beer I forgot to include this little tidbit. When I didn't stop upon command and keep walking to my opened hatched SUV he was pissed. I put the beer in the back and I think he realized that I had come back in to get the last two and had already paid for 4. He thought I was walking out with them and not paying....? But now he was pissed. He asked for ID and I said no. Then he asked what's in my front pocket? I said nothing but money. Let me see he said. I pulled out a wad of money and the first thing out of his mouth was WHERE DID YOU GET THAT...!!!! I said none of your damn business and that's when the city cop showed up who knows me well and calmed him down. It's always "show me ID" or "where did you get that".... questions. Neither one is any of their business.

Well hell I'm probably on the no fly list then.... What if you deposit 1-2K a week...? I hate banks and their stupid rules. Last time I went to bank and requested 2 $1,000 envelopes in $20.00's the damn bank teller asked... "What ya gonna do?" I just answered "Gonna give it away... ok." We were headed down to Tunica MS. to the Horseshoe Casino for a couple days. I'm surprised I didn't have to ask them first....

Reading through this post makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. Knowing when they push digital slavery on us all there will be a pile of us who refuse to trade “convince” and “security” for your ability to be a free human being.

I’ll take my chances at keeping my own cash safe thank you. At the beginning of the great Depression people were turned away from their banks on Friday after being assured everything was just fine. Monday was a bank holiday, Tuesday all hell had broken loose and the banks now owned their money.

The fractional reserve banking scam is exactly that. They sell you debt that you pay off with your tangible contributions to society. The money they loan at interest didn’t even exist prior to that mortgage they locked you into. Banking is the largest most evil corrupt system ever created. We’ll offer you money we never had to pay for over inflated goods we’ve manipulated the prices on, as long as you agree to sell us your soul for as long as we can get you to agree to.

Chili I heard they are about to make you Aus folks pay for beer with a digital currency. I personally don’t drink enough beer for that to be an issue for me but they are about to rope all you fine folks into a scam you’ll never dig yourselves out of. God I hope enough of you can stand against it.

Don’t forget fellers, slavery and eugenics fell out of public favor because the people demanded better, not because the elite realized they didn’t want slaves.

This is the first step here getting everyone to have an ID card. Its not compulsory they say, yeah right it'll end up being so you can bet.

Certainly remember the vinyl album days. Had a pretty good collection at one time, but went away at some point in my early 20's.

I actually enjoy listening to music on YouTube. Being only one-eared, as long as the sound quality is good having "stereo" is meaningless to me, and I can listen to what I want, when I want, and don't have to worry about breaking anything..like a turntable needle.

And I remember when they'd start to wear out they'd jump, I destroyed quite a few vinyls back then not being able to buy a new needle so id put a 10c coin on the top of the head to weigh it down to stop jumping.

I remember that trick too, but by '77 (I remember because we'd just gotten our stereo when Elvis died; we listened to his funeral on it.) turntables--even inexpensive ones--had dial-able counterweights.

I never had trouble finding needles. It was recommended we replace the entire cartridge, so that's what we did.

What killed us was finding belts. They'd stretch out or dry out every few years, and got harder & harder to find.

But there was no internet last time I looked....
Come to think of it, the receiver needs some work too.... 😞

Somehow I missed 8 track, and I can't say I'm sorry. We went from vinyl to cassette to cd, but I never dumped anything--only wore a few out. 🤷🏼‍♂️

in the 21st Century I bought a Ford Explorer had a CD Player
So I Bought 3 CDs at a yard Sale

NWA Straight out of Compton
another rap CD
& Pink Floyd Dark side of the moon

after the Explorer I Went back to Cassettes

Now I Only have an unused Cassette player in my car
and the radio
