Could'nt work out why this lump of coral (in 2 ft of water) at the beach kept "hitting"?

brought it home and it started to fall apart in my bag - WOW!!!

just need to identify them and work out how to save / clean them???

any ideas???

Wow I remembered this post from when I first joined this website... In fact I commented on it around page 9 or 10 lol... I spent a few days re-reading the whole thing and all those pics are missing haha. but what a story. I hope its finally revealed at some point soon :) Cheers BVI Hunter

I agree with watercolor, don't do anything to distroy your find. I once found a homemade silver bracelet made from silver coins and soaked it in boric acid. One of the worst things I could've done. Basically ruined it... live and learn but your find may be worth many $'s. 😀
