Frank - I thought it was a thigh bone when I saw it! and I nearly choked into my regulator!!

it DID beep though and seems to be a large spike / nail -

will post pic after its cleaned up!!

I would bet you nearly choked in your' regulator when you picked it up! LOL!! I hope it is not a bone but remember that marrow in the bone contains Iron and the bone can absorb Iron from amounts in the water and especially so, when it is in close proximity with them old sewer pipes and other Iron objects.

Hey Jason,

I just had a great idea for your reality show. Lets bury BVI somewhere facing upwards wearing a solid gold belt buckle and then film people looking for him.

We could give him an air supply and some food, mind you with his old occupation he would feel right at home so maybe a dumb idea, lets do it to Frank instead......dde0a

I'll need some Ziploc bags to do.... well you know.....

Hey Doc,

I thought you were on vacation at the moment,?dde0a

Frank, that thigh bone might be one of the guys following him.

Hopefully, it is not one of those kind that followed him home from the treasure site, that can't be seen and goes bump in the the night! However, BVI will know if it is the long lost soul of a Pirate as he will hear "Booooo!! Aaargh!! Booooo!! Aaargh!! Booooo!!" during the night.

Thanks,
This find / thread (or least the finds on page one) have already achieved BANNER (thanks to everyone for that!)

I just noticed that some other threads have BANNER in the title block - the same as some have SOLVED or FOR SALE etc and I assume the Mods need to add that as I cant see how to do it!!
Now i understand.:occasion14: I missed an entire line.
I,ll be o.k..
No boating today though.Lost partial brain to sun yesterday!

Great finds. The one may be a nail... I have found a few on Padre Island very much the same.
Stay safe,

same question!

what exactly are you asking? :dontknow:

Hey Captain! How are those sewer pipe balls turning out and any progress on bringing up one of the sewer pipes? You do know that you might need to replace the sewer pipes in your' home someday, right??!!

The coins were they found off shore out in the surf, or while diving, or in shore in some coral? just interested.

the original clump was found in very shallow water. further stuff has been found deeper out....

I see very nice. We all dream of finding something like that.
