I want to share the exceptional service I received from DetectorPro. This past spring I was not being careful and strapped my detector on the back of my atv while searching Ohio woodlands. The headphone cord was snagged by a limb during travel and the prongs were pulled out of the plug while still attached to my detector. I contacted DetectorPro via email and they informed me to send it in and they would try to salvage the cord or I may need to pay for repair. I fully understood my bad choice should result in a repair bill. After sending the headphones to the company priority mail on Thursday, they were sent back to me on Tuesday. The cord was replaced with a new and no charge was required. I was very impressed with both the turnaround time and the no charge service! I was very pleased!!!

I agree, had to get cord replaced on my Black Widows, fast repair and return.
