CSG Cross Pin? Religious?

Another one I dug out of the junk box today. 2" h X 1 1/8"w., made of brass with dark blue enameling. Appears to date from around the 1920's through the 40's at the latest I would imagine. Just based on other pins I've handled over the years. No backmarks or anything. Anybody?

Just my thoughts,looking at the 3 images on bottom reminds me of straight pins used in sewing,wonder if some type of religious sewing organization?

I sort of looked at them as depicting 3 nails. As in the 3 nails of the cross used to crucify Jesus. I don't know. I kind of thought this would be a fairly easy one. I guess not.

Yeah I think they represent the spikes used to crucify.
