I love this song, lived my life for this way of life!! Thank you for the wisdom. Maybe I was wrong tonight, but I took the boys to see American Sniper. They know who Chris Kyle was. I'm watching the movie and a lot of it is about the separation between Chris and his wife and what he too suffered. I was sitting there and my little guy gets up and wipes my tears...... I had no idea I was crying....... About my own life. He said "poppa I love you, I understand" and you know something, I think he's the only one that does in this family. Thanks buddy perfect timing. Aim small, miss small
2GF,
The following post is my belief.
Number one, when you kill someone, That's all.
No "Do Overs."
No replay.
Spend time with them discussing life.
Then take them to a Funeral home for a tour to learn more of death.
Hopefully, then they will fully appreciate life.
Dang you!
You reminded me of a story....
OK.
Here it is....
About 10 years ago, or more, I was employed by an electrical contractor.
I worked under his license on several jobs. My work was always approved by the local inspector.
One job was at one of the local mortuaries.
OK.
One bright and early morning, I was sent to the basement to find the breaker boxes.
I'm working my way in the basement , Dark as a moonless night, can't find any light switch to save my soul, with a cheap flashlight and weak batteries....and come to an area where the Breaker box might be.
I push the plastic curtains aside, with a miniture flashlight gripped between my teeth,
And there in front of me lies a dead man! NEKKID!

Folks,
I never worked for that electric man from that day on....
And, in my hometown, to this day,
You may hear tales of a man that came screaming from the basement of a Mortuary.
But, it may or may not not have been me....
Best,
Scott
