Just found out that my Landlord wrecked one
of his race cars last weekend.

He's OK, but the car is now salvage.





For some reason, I've got the feeling that
I better start collecting change from the floor of my truck and in my chair cushions to try
to get a little more current with my rent.....



Just kidding!

My Landlord is the best landlord I've ever had,
and, if I may be so bold to say,

He's a FRIEND!

He's still got another car, but I think he really liked this one a lot.

I offered to help him build his next new one.
Oh yes, He's already looking....

Here, let me explain what has been going on...

There was a post that has made reference to a previous post that was posted previously in an unrelated thread that had previous post's concerning a different topic which has been on occasion referenced here in some postings that were subsequently posted by persons who regularly post about the same related topics posted earlier, in of course, the other threads and posts.

Now, if you were to view the other thread where the previous member posted the aforementioned posts about the subject that was referenced above, in the previous statement, you would have seen the connection between the posters and the referenced posts.

I've recently contemplated changing my avatar....
I've used this avatar for at least 5 years.
I only change it briefly for the holidays.....

The current one that I use symbolizes, to me, Liberty, bringing Freedom to the world.
Beautifully captured by Mr. Augustus Saint-Gaudens.

I still find it favorable.

What avatar do you imagine me to use as a replacement?

Oh someone keeps making posts for me since I'm the medic aboute their medicinal weed. So I made a post back. I wish they would stop bothering me with such unreasonable requests. So I replied. I dont use it, I dont write Rx's and I see their post is gone now, so I tried to be civilized in my answer to their "hey where's my weed Rx"............does that make sense now? Also, you are most welcome for the post about the military, remember its all I knew for 30 years, so honestly what do others do for a living? I have no idea............And the A-10 Warthog as well as the AC-130's have saved my arse more than a few times I LOVE THOSE GUYS...............thanks GMD

Friend, we here will "goof" on a subject amongst ourselves from time to time.
No one really takes "goofing" seriously.

Obviously, my intention in nominating you as the groups medic had no intention of drug use. I had meant it as a professional courtesy in recognition of your service.

Sometimes folks who post here have a question about legitimate medical concerns. I had hoped that you could help with advice.

If you have strong feelings about any subject that is "goofed" about, the folks here will accept your view and not post anything to cause animosities.

We, and YOU are a part of a group who sometimes disagree, sometimes question, and sometimes get upset, but, we are all just a small group, on a Treasure website, who care for one another and share advice, recipes, STORIES from my youth, and generally enjoy each others company.

While you spent 30 years protected us, I have spent the years since1974, as a forester, and wildlife biologist. Spent the first 6+ years at the Univ. of Vt. as a researcher and forest surveying instructor. Spent the years since as a private consulting forester and land manager for private land owners. Not a quick way to riches, but never been motivated in that direction. I much rather be outside on the lake and in the mountains, and that's the best way I have found to make a living, and live a somewhat clean existence......Gary

I understand, but know one thing, part of my job has been counter drugs.......GMD52, that is awesome. I wanted to be a marine biologist as a kid. and I like your abbreviation, mine has always been 2GF, but yoursw is ok, Bill now its family first! I know that anyone on the west coast has probably heard this

When I think of my Friends across the time zones, out towards the Pacific,
