CRISPINS CRITTERS

A better question is why am I still awake?
Maybe you could just feel it deep inside that I was going to be fashionably late and wanted to make sure you were still up to say hello? LOL!

yes, that and the Miami Heat kept me up. With that being said. Good night my good friend. I have a long week ahead of me.

Et nomine patri, et fili, spiritis sancti,

Crisp

Take care Crispin, get some well deserved rest.

Hello friends. I'm back from the bush and was not able to do any detecting this past weekend. I did however have the opportunity to bring the new Wife , dogs, and my 10 month old daughter fishing and we had a blast. Still no fear of a takeover up here and no fear of running out of fresh fish either. Out of respect for the Squigster I will not post any pictures of our catch. river2013.jpgriver20132.jpgJohnny's dock.jpg973611_10152860904565564_952021774_n.jpg975558_10152860876380564_1900935107_n.jpg The pictures of my daughter were taken while we were still docked and that is why she doesn't have her life jacket on yet.

Folks,

I'll put my DJ hat on and spin some Canuck tunes for you....one of my favorite artists....Neil Young.

Helpless - Unplugged.

Here's a collection of pictures of the storm that rolled through my area during the May long weekend. Who say's that there are no such thing as Twisters in Ontario, Canada? I spent the majority of this past weekend cleaning up the camp from that storm that raged through two weeks ago. I even had to head out on the lake during it to rescue two guys and there young sons, talk about a pants crapping moment for all of us. Their motor crapped out on them and it was their first time ever out on this particular lake. I pulled them to the nearest shore where we all waited for the storm to pass while watching the Waterspouts blow across the lake. Very scary stuff for the guys and the kids and I'm sure they will be using fresh gas every Spring from now on when and if they ever come up here fishing again.

Folks,

Another one from Neil Young - Long may you run - Vancouver 2010 winter Olympics closing ceremonies....it takes guts to stand up there with just an acoustic guitar and harmonica....no other props....but he pulls it off....

A bit of trivia for you.....when he was starting out back in the 1960's he obviously didn't have much money so he bought an old beat up hearse which was his method of transport between shows.....that's what this song is all about....fyi...
