Well sir.... Looks like your gonna have to plan an extensive road trip NOW. From WA. to TN. first. I have the PVC and ammo (bottle rockets) here for ya. You can develop your weapon in my shop while I stand guard . Then the road trip takes you further East and then North. After downing around 6 of them don't head back here especially if being followed. Head directly due West, get home, kick back and admire your newfound technology.
