I wanted to say a half penny but she's facing the wrong way. The left arm is down and all the English penny with the Britannia figure have her arm up (holding a trident). A good puzzle!

Some of the early British farthings have a similar look but I don't see an exact match yet.....

If we can get pics that are sharp and in focus there seems to be plenty to work with on this coin. But these are just a bit too blurry to photo-shop and bring out detail.
