CLAIM JUMPING

At this juncture in time--to heck with a claim--howz about citizenship??? God Bless free Canada BUT I have been told-dredging rules/regs/restrictions are extremely bad. On a trip to Costa Rica us americans all wore canadian t shirts and had maple leaf stickers on our luggage to stop harrassment as the anti ugly american sentiments flourish BUMMER to say the least---John

What HMMM was trying to come across in this thread is that there is another international corporation that has been trying to force him off his claim in a very slight-of-hand manner, using thier timbering and logging practices as a guise to encroach on his ming claim. He has made mention of this from the very start under the post titled..... "Blue Clay"

Hmmm, what I suggest you do as a start, is clearly mark your bounderies, and post no tresspassing signs, perhaps even some signs addressing these corporate goons directly, let them know...that you KNOW what they are up to. Also start researching the laws in regaurds to how you are allowed to defend yourself legally and physically, research your firearm laws and see what your options are. They cant mine it, if they cant keep people on the ground. You must be on a seriously rich claim for them to try to pull a stunt like this.
