Snorks, you've got that mixed up. Two kids found a ring that when joined, the ring forms the word "Shazzan" and not "Shazam". You had Kaboobie spelled correctly though!

You guys are so funny :) love it.

A little over 30 years ago we'd dial random numbers and ask "Is Kaboobie there?" actually once someone said "This is Kaboobie" Turned out to be a funny college kid we randomly dialed. We thought that was pretty cool as we were still in high school. Those were fun days.

The 3 middle characters look like they are from the wican/kabalistic alphabet called "passing the river" it is read right to left. The outside ring looks like a combination of illuminate/alchemy/astrology.

I only see one letter matching in the middle the other two do not? Every time I look at this I get a headache :)

Just tidying up some blasts from the past (including some very ancient ones), largely for the benefit of anyone searching the site for information.

Lots of interesting suggestions above… but none of them correct. It’s a “Guru Signet Ring” produced by the De Laurence Company for use on wax seals by members of the “Church of Good Luck”. Scroll halfway down the page at the link below:

https://churchofgoodluck.com/home-o...useum-of-good-luck/lucky-items/lucky-jewelry/

Extracted from their website:

The Church of Good Luck is a non-denominational Church devoted to the theology, philosophy and practice of Good Luck. The Church is internet-based with a physical presence in Illinois, USA. Being internet-based allows the doors to always remain open and also allows people from all over the world to join together in fellowship.

Anyone can request membership in the Church – the only statement of belief that is common to all members is this: “Billiken is the God of Things as They Ought To Be” [see Wiki entry for history and background
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Billiken ]. The Church provides a prayer service for members and non-members alike. A weekly candle service is held in Illinois for special cases and those who request a light be set for them. There is no charge for these services. [You can] submit a prayer request via either secure server or private email. No contact information is required, although prayers are more effective if we include your name.
