Can anyone I.D. this "Community Club" piece?

This was about 6 inches deep in a park that dates to 1902. Roughly the size of half a quarter. I can't make out all of the writing. The only thing I can read is "Community Club" on the bottom right.

The middle image looks like a tent with two flags on top. On the right it looks like a genie lamp and i can't make out the "blob" on the left. Looks to be copper. There's more words on this, but I can't make it out. I'll soak it to see if I can free anything up. Anyone have any ideas on what this could be?

hi again. Thanks for all of the input! Definitely looks like a Chautauqua piece. I've now included a pic of the back. Not too much going on, looks blank to me, except for an area or two that may have been stuck to something else. I'm not sure if it is an elongated penny. Weight is 2.3 grams. Some wheat cents I've found range from 2.8 to 3.0 grams. I'm still trying to determine the other words...
