Button question

Found these buttons today, near the war nickel. One says 'Imperial Standard,' and then the
other three say '... Orange Color.' No designs on the front. Looking at the internet, it seems as if
they are older than the coin, but I'm not sure as to specifics. I would appreciate any expertise.

They are a lot older than the coin. Those marks were used on flat buttons in the first half of the 19th century.

I can’t see from the pics, but US made buttons used “color” British made buttons used “colour”. Agree with Smokey……probably 1800-1830
