So for 35 years I’ve been using tobacco from a can. I decided to quit a couple of weeks ago. It was a tough ride but I’m finally tobacco free.

Quit dipping years ago when the roots of my front lower teeth were showing too much. Inside lip calloused like a thorn eaters.
Packing dip in thems pain is why I quit. Not for the aesthetics.
Of course I found substitutes.
Quit smoking again spring before last at the spine specialist's insistence.

Stick with it. You don't do it anymore.
48 hrs. the real addiction subsides. The rest is habit.

I had a mint this morning. Not good for teeth either. But mint flavors are substitutes for my smoking sometimes.

That was yesterday. I'm preparing over here as now it is supposed to be stronger than originally stated. South of Tampa came straight out of the "National Weather Service" website yesterday morning. You have it worse over there. Good luck.

Prepping right now for storm....we have a tropical wave right now with crazy storms !! And are preparing for hurricane on Wednesday Thursday time frame.....one model has it low, and coming out near Miami, and hooking back under the keys again !!😲

Are you guys talking chewing tobacco?
When I was a kid my father smoked roll your own. And after watching cowboy movies with them chewing tobacco I snuck a handful of my father's rolling tobacco, I didn't know it was different, stuck it all in my mouth and started chewing like crazy like it was gum. By the time my saliva mixed in I nearly threw up. 🤢

Well Cap't we thinks your a bit north of the hit, but could go either way. Tie the BBQ. down for sure because they're talking 4/5's it's not good.
