🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Button help

Any info on this button. It's brass about the size of a nickel found in central Georgia .

My first thought was a saw medallion, then possibly a pistol grip medallion, then part of a snap or overalls button.

Could they possibly a drawer pull type knob ?

Very ornate. Nice find.
Maybe it is a small knob for a drawer or jewelry box.

I thought this at first too. It's seems too small though and no threads. Sorry for delayed response. Winter storm here in GA
