Bronze statuette found in Serbia

Can someone please help me with this statuette?My friend found it a few days ago in Serbia but we have absolutetly no idea what it is.Its a bronze statuette 25 cm high.

Nice find. I have no idea what it is other than it obviously held something in place. It looks alien/and or Asiatic. If it is old then it may be valuable. Don't let the authorities get wind of your find!

Only the base is hollow.There are some drawings nad some symbols but we can not figure out what they mean.

Maybe a specialist can help us.Myabe its a candestick as darthoblio wrote.I realy dont know.My friend find it 35-40 cm in to the ground.

I think its an incense holder...and fairly modern.....an old hippy should be able to ID it...

I figured so. The next question would then be what is worth more: the statue or the elephant tusks?
