This curved hook looking piece was found at old homesite spot. It’s very heavy for its size. I can’t find anything that looks just like it online under horse hardware. I’m still leaning toward that and not just a wall hook. Anyone can agree or confirm?

Looks like it could be the hinge on a shutter or if a number of them were lined up to make a handle of some sort.
