"Miser" heh... gotta love that word.

"He was an eccentric bachelor and miser" :/

I always picture a hunchbacked cane wielding old grumpy guy when I hear the word "miser".

I have researched this name at the Court House and can not find any record of him in the Deed books.

May be because he was a Miser.

Have you also Tried "Reid"

I’ve been to Brazil Indiana for work, nice little town. There is a hidden gem there as well called Papa’s barbecue, outstanding food, but I didn’t see any buried cash. I’ll have to go back for another brisket sandwich and have a better look.

The thing is the newspapers give different info for where he died. Some say his home, others say the home of a family member both being in the Southern area of the County. I am headed back to the courthouse this week to dig some more for info.

I have located where his house was. It has a current home on it and the homeowners gave a HUGE NO to detecting the yard. Oh well. Maybe one for the future when home changes hands.
