I just bought a BH II. Does anyone else out there have one? Could you give me any good tips on finding jewelry? Thanks!

Go where jewelry was lost more often, like at a beach where suntan lotion and cold water shrink fingers. If your detectors discrimination still sounds off on Pull tabs, your OK and knocking out tabs eliminates most gold rings. Silver rings read higher.

Keep the coil near the ground the whole sweep and don't swing it pendulum style or you won't get max. depth the whole swing. Over lap by half too in order to cover the ground well at depth since the coils field goes down like a cone and only covers about 2 inchs down there in the ground. Don't sweep to fast.
