They do not appear to be native american relics to me.

While its true a boatstone has the characteristics you mentioned and your item may appear to be scooped out, i don't see any other indication its been worked by man. But is a natural occurring exfoliation of material from a sedimentary rock formation when contacted by water over a period of many years.

The first one looks like an Ironstone concretion. I'm no expert though so don't quote me.
