A little off-topic, but here goes.
I recently bought a coin collection that also included a bunch of medals produced by the US mint to commemorate the bicentennial. Aside from one sterling silver medal, most of the medals are made from bronze or pewter. I did not assign any value to these medals when coming up with an offer for the collection, but if it makes economic sense to sell them I'd be happy to in order to offset the cost of buying the coins.
Is there any value or market for these medals?
Thanks
