Hey usernotfound. Ya, I've taken a lot of the photo's posted here in the afternoon. Just repeated what I've read here on Treasurenet, and assumed it was correct, that between 11:00 - 1:00 o'clock was the best. They said the reason was, it was the best time to catch the casting shadows. -- Probably every situation is different with different monuments and the groups who set them up. Depending on the angle and compass direction the cuts/notches/indentations of the monuments were facing, the ones that were meant to show shadows.noon, in my case, has not been the best time of day to take pictures.
Ok, my first attempt to post this picture did not work. I like puzzles. Here is a puzzle for you. Lets just agree there is three things you get fro a head monument with one eye. Try to apply it here lol. There is markers under the rocks you cant see in the photo by the way.
