Howdy Folks. Started my weekend heading out on the road back to the Peru street and sidewalk tear outs. Found the clod of "dirt" holding my first 1898 Indian captive. Crossed the street and freed up the 1916 Buffalo Nickel. Worked into the evening and finished with the 1890 well traveled Indian. Also got a cute little butterfly pin. Loads of iron trash and dropped nails from the construction crew. Gave up about midnight. It was very nice weather as I was donning my camo shorts, T-shirt, and Teva leather sandals.;D Very quiet part of town and no one bothered me as I pounded their dirt. Thanks for stopping by. Kurios1

A fine evening's work. Congrats!

Nice going on the recoveries, hope you get a silver or two on the next hunt at the site.

Sweeeeet !!

Well thank you kind sir. I enjoy tearing into piles of dirt not concerned about damaging the sod. I could have spent all night out here but, I don't have the stamina I used to.:laughing7:

I haven't freed an Indian in a long time. Nothing against 'em! Just find them hard to find in these parts. :laughing7: Well done!

Hello Kurios1. Three finds all 100+ years old...NICE...always good to be able to say that.

Thanks for the post and Good Luck out there. C9

Now that is an interesting group of finds in a pile of dirt by the road! Thanks for sharing.

I wish somebody would leave big piles of target rich dirt for me to detect haha! Nice job on the cool finds
