consequential damages should be about $10

or stick them on ebay & get $100 from people that can't tell the difference.

Thinking about it, there is a serious message here for those that wish to suck it up.

If you can't tell the difference from a real coin or a fake one from a picture (& yes it can be much harder than these), then you are best NOT bidding any large amounts on rare coins. There are tons of these out there, I see them on ebay everyday & some sucker is paying over the odds for a fake. DON'T BE THAT SUCKER! (I tried for years to warn people on ebay, but now that they have 'protected' the ID of bidders I can no longer message them) :'( I have reported countless rip-off merchants & ebay ignore me, I have even rallied over 20 sellers/dealers who all agreed that a user was selling fakes & ebay ignored us all. There is a lesson in this, ebay take the money & don't care how they get it.

If you think the coins are starting to get good check out the better fake watches. Usually there's a very small mistake to tell the difference, and apart from that, they are a very good match. At least with coins there is usually the age factor.

Rule No. 1. DIY (dig it yourself) :icon_thumright: Then there will be no doubts about authenticity. Though, on the second thought, there are a lot of ancient and Victorian fourrees of Greek and Roman coins. People were cheating even without ebay . For example, one very resourceful Greek in the 19th century were counterfeiting en masse ancient coins and was selling them to British tourists. So diggers in the UK beware ;D.
