Anyone know how to get packs of bills?

Has anyone gone to the bank and asked for packs of bills and gotten them? Specifically I would like to get a pack of $2 bills and the new $5 bills. What questions should I ask? I have a pretty good relationship with my bank manager but don't know exactly what to say to him.
