any ideas age of this bullet

Dug this up thought it was kind of neat the slug was still in it. Was curious if anyone knew the age of this bullet I researched but couldn't find anything its probably pretty recent but thought I should still check I've found a few old bullets her so figured be worth checking if the pictures don't show well enough it says w c c 5 5. Any info will be appreciated and as always thank you guys

Western Cartridge Co., made in 1955. Looks about like a .45 caliber. You need to measure the diameter of the bullet.

Looks like a .45 ACP that has the bullet smashed into the case. 1955
