Hi all,
found these clumps of cast iron & can't figure out what they are. They have a curved surface of what appears to be an elongated rounded shape. the thickness of the cast is about 1 inch (25 mm). Could it be some sort of projectile ?
cheers HH

I have no idea - but thought I would bump this back up to the top.

Sure seems to me that it could be a projectile piece... I have no real idea though.

Definatley dosent look like a projectile to me. Where was this found, having a smooth surface like that looks as though it may haev come from an early glacia, the rocks generally get a very unusually smooth surface on one side. ???
