They will often have a flat side that is perpendicular to the solstice. Or they may become more apparent at that angle. They will also have large shadow images that form on solstices, as well as some imagery terraforming (such as huge pharoah head, or a gigantic sphinx). The other related formation is the hogback ridges or pyramid shaped land features on or within a hillside. The good ones are flat faced perpendicular to the solstices, they happen to be @125 degree azimuth to winter solstice sunrise here and are tomb locations with very large egyptian imagery. I know of 3 on the same general hillside within a half a mile of each other. There is also the large prominent pyramid peak (which I mentioned before as aligned to my cache site) that can be seen from pretty much any where in the valley which coincidentally is also on a big bend of the river that goes thru valley. Just like valley of the kings but reverse mirrored/upsidedown . Which is all described as elements of their belief system.
