🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Agate?

Some visible embedded crystals in one spot. Some layers are translucent. Looks like chert/chalcedony mix.
Mohs varies: around 5, some layers harder.
Questions:
1) agate?
2) would it polish well in a tumbler?

I’ll add it to my next batch. Probably with a batch of mixed-color chert/jasper.
