A couple of nice coins before I got the boot!!!!!

Knocked on the door of an old house today and got permission to detect from the owner then about an hour and a half later his wife pulls in and walks over and tells me to get off of her property right now!!!!! I tried to explain and she told me she didn't care and to leave now!!!!! Unfortunately I was in the middle of digging a deep quarter signal. >:# Oh well at least I made a few good finds before I got the boot. The 2 center was from the last hunt. or like others say - try stopping by when her car is gone and drop of some beer

when good people let me hit a spot - every time I go there I drop off a pie or bread or
something from country store - stay in their good graces
little goes a long way
if you can get husband aside - ask what his wife likes for shows or sports teams
movies whatever and get them some tickets
this is if area is really worth it - by looks of your finds - it might be

I got permission to hit an old guys property. Birdman found three musket balls. We gave him one and he was tickled pink. It pays to give a find up to the owner.

That's a bummer for sure! That's happened to me a couple times too, and it always seems to be at a killer site. Awful hard to walk away when you're in a sweet spot like that. At least you made some great finds while you were there.

I run a mom and pop pizza shop and keep gift certificates in the vehicle...they go a long way to soften up most permission, (especially college town rental property). Don't know anything that softens up the old battle-ax though. Been there, done got thrown out, even with good permission. Ahh life on the edge!

Nice Finds Man. Gotta hate that you got the boot. Same thing happened to me years ago. First signal I dug was a union sword belt plate then I got tapped on the shoulder and the man told me his wife didnt want me to dig!! That one hurt bad!! Better luck next time.
