Hello My Friends!
Hope you're having a great day so far!!

My silver streak of 8 consecutive hunts with my new SE coil remains alive! I couldn't figure out which park to go to today, so I thought I would just stay local, but changed my mind at the last minute to head to the park where I've recovered the most silver at so far this year. I'm glad I made that last minute decision. I only had about 3 hours to hunt, and I made the most of it, scoring 2 Washingtons within the first 1.5 hrs of the hunt. Each quarter was about 7-8" below the surface in heavy trash. The '52 is an absolute gem. Beautiful coin, with no visible wear at all. The deepest coin of the day was a '64 Rosie, which was about 9.5". I could barely hear the whisper of this coin. Many times, I heard just the threshold of my machine as I passed over this signal. A few times, I caught the sweet high tone of a deep high conductor. I was glad that the Pro coil could go that deep in a trash area to get that silver coin. ::) I rounded the day with a '47 Rosie and an '18 D Merc (I thought it was a '16 D when I first glanced at it... blink.gif ), along with only 6 wheaties. The 4 Gigabyte SansDisk was just laying on the ground, and works fine on my computer. It is full of Erotic pictures... :o ...Just kidding.....but it does have a lot of pictures on it. The person who lost it must have been a photographer. No names. Just people, landscapes, and art work.

I'm really happy about the way the day turned out for me. I'm nearing my 200 silver coin milestone this year, and hope to surpass it in the next hunt or so.

Thanks for looking, and stay hydrated as much as you can if you're hunting out there. I have to really cherry pick my signals, because it's a lot of work recovering these deep coins from the hardened ground during the Summer months.

You are my idol to metal detecting hobby! You find so much silver and other goodies like wheat pennies and Indian head pennies. I someday hope to find silver and more then one wheat per hunt. Good luck on your next hunt! I hope it is a good one! Maybe one of these days you will reach that Gold coin that everyone dreams about!

I think DF said it all. What more can I say?

Looks like another great day for you, Excellent finds!!

WOW Dan ~ five silvers and six wheats! That's a great silver to wheat ratio! VERY NICE COINS THERE MAN!

We just had our metal detecting club meeting on Tuesday night. For the month I had three silver Rosies and a War nickel, but only two wheats! That's the first time that I had more silver coins than wheat cents to show at the club meeting!

KEEP AT IT DUDE!!!

Hello Buddy Dan!
Looks to me, you had another great silver day!
Congrats!

You guys in California sure have it made, being you have multiple parks to choose from. I'm certainly glad for you.
The new PRO coil is awesome no doubt but the swinger does make a difference too!
