Went out Sunday and today after work and scored both days. IMAG0434.jpgIMAG0444.jpg

Also managed to get stung by a yellow jacket both days.

I guess no pain no gain.

There beauties

Sorry there Quarters, the 1906 has D mint Mark. The 1898 has none.

Found on a small hill next to railroad trussel along with 7 harmonica reeds.

I guess the rich would pelt the hobo' s with quarters while the steam engine chugged through.

As far as being stung. First day (and I mean first day since summer, can't deal with heat, poison ivy, chiggers, etc.) back and bam right next to my eyelid. That fxxxin hurt all day, the second day I'm staring at the nest 10' away, bam again on my hand. THERE HIDING SOMETHING. I'll come back when it's cold.

That's about it thanks for looking and happy hunting.

I'd say those 2 beauties were worth the price- Congrats!

Nice Barbers. Their reverse has one of the best Eagles on a US coin, IMO.
