1973-D Kennedy Missed strike

New dirt came in by the truck load for a play ground.Found this half dollar in one of the loads. With my Bounty Hunter. When I got it cleaned.The strike on the coin is offset.Is this common or have i found something.It has a real wide lip at the top and on the back the Dollar is short in height
