After re-reviewing & seeing the Envelope I suggested
it may not be a good Idea to post his full name
Now that he has been ID'd

thank you trikikiwi i really did'nt really did'nt think i'd locate the owner beings he's in his 60's
i realized i made a mistake in the original post i'm sure he would'nt like knowing i posted his name
on the web for now on all owners names will be anonymous
his privacy was invaded once that has to be a horrible feeling i'd hate to see it happen again HH

thank you roswellborn like i said before i could'nt have done it without the help from
everyone on T Net this isn't the 1st time i returned an item and i hope it isn't the last HH

Great find!!! I just found a 1889 dog tax tag. I think its worth a good amount. Hunting is sooooo fun.
