Here are my finds for the last 4-5 weeks. I cannot believe I actually found my 1[SUP]st[/SUP] bust coin, an 1833 half dime, found near a large stream. The 1732 Anna Russian coin was found in the woods, not sure if it is authentic, it weights 26.7 grams and I would say it is made of silver, any opinions on it? I found the “Conrad’s” Boston Mass. key chain thing on line it is from a dept store / early 1900s. I’ve found single smashed pieces of lamps before in the past, so it was neat to find the assembly of one, it was found in a stream also. Thanks for looking & HH! TommNJ

That's a great old large silver! Must have been quite a surprise. If that's fake I'll eat it.

Great Saves.
Thank you for sharing

fantastic finds. love the bust half dime, but that Russian coin is awesome. why would you think it a fake?

Thanks jewelerguy! Yeah I loved pulling that bust out of the ground (in clay), as far as the Russian coin I'm really hoping it's the real deal but being kind of a doubting Thomas just being prepared in case it is fake but it seems like silver. Here is a edge shot which I fotgot, still trying to get use to the changes.

Thanks again TommNJ

Thanks Metal Magnet! I like it too, it seem to have a slot on top like a fob at one time. Thought it was silver at first but obviously plated.

Thanks Zodiacdiverdave! Great info and contact too, will check it out!

The 1732 Russian Anna coin looks perfectly real to me. Another similar one just sold less than two weeks ago for just over US$600 including buyer's fee. http://www.coinarchives.com/8393fb3b0413e61543ee7d154cb27c1d/img/kunker/209/image08055.jpg
