1661 Spanish Cob... Found in PA

Ok so my buddy and I went out today to a area thats known for King George Coppers and i Found this. Its a 1661 1 Reale Spanish Cob... It was about 9 inches Down... Thanks

Nice find, and yes, I would like some more information about this deep silver program for the XLT. I've often wondered how deep mine will go for silver; it does very well as it is now.

The Program i Used was From this site. I did adjust a little for my Area but its a Great Program. Just go Slow and take your time.

Make sure your Pre Amp is Between 12-15 it really does Work wonders.....

The Crazy thing is I literally Loaded a New Deep Silver program that I Found last night cause the guy was Finding Silver dimes from 16 inches down with his Whites XLT so I Figured id give it a try and the Cob was about 9 inches down and my detector Screamed like it was a inch down. So im definally keeping this New Program as one of my FAVORITES. lol. Thanks alot everyone for all the Info on it. It really helped alot...

It seems like the Delaware River is the dividing line between cobs and milled coins. I rarely see any cobs from NJ, but the further south you go in DE, the more often I see them!

Hey Neil how have you been. I found it in PA. I was near Springfield Somewhat. Not gonna give the exact area but u get the Picture. Ill be over in Jersey tomorrow hunting, at a old Swedish Area from the 1600's Hopefully i find some good stuff.... I got a 1961 Rosie today and a 1940 Merc that looks like it was shot with a 44 cal, its a pretty big notch taken out of it a few days ago.
