Well it's been a while since I posted due to the fact I've been having a silver slump. Went 6 times in a row and didn't score any silver. But to day I got a nice 1911 S Barber dime, it could have been a totally trashed Rosie and I would be happy. Thanks for looking
Ground is softening in some areas. Didn't find a silver dime today, but did score my first silver Washington with the At Pro. Also got a cool vintage lock and 1944 S wheat and a flag pin. Thanks for looking
Looking for a used Garrett AT Pro with the standard coil and the 5 x 8 coil. I'd prefer that the unit come with at least the stock headphones and carrying case but not a deal breaker. As long as the unit functions like new, I'm not particularly concerned about a few scratches here and there. I...
Went to the park (alias frozen tundra) today because I had to try out the new Grey Ghost head phones. They are definitely different. The tones are different they have better volume and they seem to amplify the good signals. Results for the first hunt of the year a clingy ring, 1951 S and 1962...
Just got an AT Pro and headed to the beach. Still figuring out the machine, it seems every minute I spend with it I learn something new. Found some coins (can't make out any of the dates on the pennies), some pull tabs, a barrette, a squashed metal something, and... A GUM WRAPPER!

Today went to my current park with a new Detecting buddy. Nothing but trash for 2 hours straight, found 6 dimes and 2 memorial penny's. My partner gave up and left, I (being stupid) stuck it out for another 1/2 hour till dark. I kept plugging away and got 2 good signals with in 15 minutes of...

Went to a park from 1912 today and scored my 21st Barber dime of the year (1912 D). Then I found a gold ring, bet you heard this before but she looked really good coming out of the hole, it's ordinary bling. I think the best thing about my At Pro is it's washable. After getting caked in mud...

I never knew spiders were made of metal...
