I will talk with other mods but my opinion is no, but that is just my opinion...

not in my opinion, But I think the "Best of" section has already been compromised to include banner finds on occasion.

Simply because I think they should include allot of research, History, Photos,
etc. that leads to a Find, or finds.
or something a member does that is above & Beyond, But dosn't quite qualify for
Honorable mention, Etc.

that said, it's already has a Banner.

On the other hand if one of the other mods or admin feel different, go for it :tongue3:
but moving it may break the link from Banner to the thread.
not sure, but this has happened to me in the past, when moving a banered post

A banners good enough for me!!

thanks all!

Something really special to one person may not be that big a deal to another. Maybe the find should be submitted to the mods for the ultimate decision or do away with "The best of Treasurenet". Just post under the appropriate topic and let banner finds become the best of. From past posts it is obvious that it's to subjective to let each individual decide if their find qualifies.

http://www.treasurenet.com/forums/showthread.php?t=490957. I really think this thread fits the bill. Great research incredible find with the Wayans Legion button. George Washington inaugural buttons seem common compared to this. + the 1776 Spanish silver
And the story just pulls you in. I felt like I was there!

If your main objective is to dig gold nuggets, then the LINK REMOVED will be the best option. They are specifically designed to search for gold objects and they are buried in the bottom of the earth. With these devices you can find pieces of gold that are in deeper depths.
