🔎 UNIDENTIFIED another object

found this, it was bent, straightened it in a vice. It is made of copper, I still have a bit of crud to clean. Looks to have had a porcelain inlay, as you can still see some white.
Any ideas as to what it might have been, the back is smooth, no writing.
