YOU be the judge.....what would you decide......

No no no.

It's PURELY hypothetical.
I'm a gun guy and am registered over at a few gun boards.
Gun folk like to discuss law, ethics, and hypotheticals.
I think those tendencies have trickled over here.

I always ask questions. I always wonder. I want to know.

Third quote in my sigline sums it up.
(but if I HAD found such a cache......I wouldn't even post questions about it here! <grin!> )

I guess I missed that quote. :icon_scratch:

My answer however, still stands for the hypothetical question asked.
Sorry you didn't find the coins though. :(

GG~

If the Dibble's weren't so busy baking and eating cookies they could have gotten familiar with their property and enjoyed this wonderful find.

God bless the Dibbles and all those other blissfully [tend to ignore things] "normal" people. :icon_pirat:

PS - sorry. i didn't know that i-g-n-o-r-a-n-t is a dirty word.

SILENCE is Golden......Been there, done that and I still have the goodies.....

Like a bowl of candy for trick or treaters, always keep a handy supply of pulltabs for the owner to take his pick from.

Hi Gary,

Is this an exercise or an actual case?

Well, I think I would wait for old man Dibble to die; and then I would share with the cookie lady Mrs. Dibble.

Was anyone standing over the said finder of this treasure? If not, mummms the word.

My decision revolves around, "What kind of cookies did Mrs. Dibble give Me?" :icon_scratch: I hate peanut butter cookies.

But, I agree with Stefen. *quiet voice: he sounds like a lawyer*

Myself...I prefer oatmeal / raisin / cranberry / walnut cookies...with milk, of course... :D
