Mac232 and I went to a local softball complex today to see if we could find any clad...we did. I totaled $2.94. 8 quarters, 8 dimes, 2 nickles, and 4 copper cents (skip over the zincoln cents, lol).

Oh, yeah, I almost forgot...lol...I found another silver ring along with the clad. It is marked .925 and has a synthetic large stone with three synthetic stones on each side. I think the stones are CZ, but not sure.

That makes three silver rings since March 2. Maybe the next one will be gold!

hope yall enjoy looking.

Those are some mighty beautiful rings! I hope your next one is gold! Congrats!

Dad, YOU ROCK!!! You certainly have the knack for finding rings. Excellent job!! I see gold in your future. ;D

Hey LD , Dont you just love that first realization that you've found silver, when you probably thought you

scored a clad quarter or half ? Most of my ring finds have been a little off of quarter, if small then 2 or 3

degrees lower . On my MXT , quarters tend to be in the 85-87 range , so i get very interested in 81-84 type

no.s . Similarly if it's a big silver ring , it will tend to number up around 90 -92 a little above a clad half .

Congrats on the nice finds ! Gregory, Santa Fe.

Sweet rings, especially the silver one! I am always pleasantly surprised when the coin I'm digging turns out to be a ring. :D Congrats on a successful day.

VERY pretty rings!!! Congrats on those finds!
