Oh, by-the-way, I have a nice rock I'll trade fer the Annie ring ::)

Well, ya can't blame a guy for tryin.

Great digs there! Love the 1904 'tag'!

Keep up the good work, I'm still about a month away from doing any serious hunting, and or any posting of finds.

Once April rolls around, and the snow all goes away, (still 1 ft on the ground as of today :( ) I'll be hittin it hard and showing off some new cool stuff/finds too!

Til then, I'm stuck living out my dreams through the guys lucky enough to hunt now and who are showing off their stuff/finds! lol ;D

I'm not jealous!! ::)

I found a heavy silver ring with a CZ stone in a nearby park that had been hit by a lawn mower. The ring was litteraly folded in half. I had broken some other rings before trying to straighten them out. So I whipped out my trusty propane torch and put on some heavy leater work gloves and heated it carefully and used an assortment of metal rods and sockets from the Craftsman collection to round out the ring. It won't win a beauty contest with th blade marks still on it, but it is back to being round. Hey, worth a shot on your next ring find.

Killer finds!!Too bad about the ring...thought I was the only one who had the bad luck of breaking things.Today I found what I thought was an old ear tag from a cow....I stuffed it in my pocket after kinda straightening it out....and later threw it in the back of my truck with some otherthings I had found. Come to find out it was an old hairpin with one of what appears to be a ruby in it, but there is places for seven more.....wonder how many fell out when I straightened out before I put it in my pocket or threw it in my truck? Keep up the good work and H.H.

WTG 1320. Looks like it could be a great season for you...Another graduate of the onion"rings" school of MD.
