Got out for a bit in the windy conditions but temps got up into the low 40s after the brutal temps we've had.
Nabbed 2 of the same button very close together on the slope into the cellar hole. Also nabbed the flat and ball button on the other side of the hole.
Was fighting the barberries and prickers but was glad l got something in the pouch.
The flat button with the gilt came form a site where Frank and l have dubbed the button site, where we've dug probably 200 buttons, coins and other
relics.
