It's been about 9 months since I signed in or posted. I've been lazy about posting. I recently upgraded to the Nox 800 and yesterday was my 4th day using it. Switching from the AT Pro to the Nox 800 has been a piece of cake. I've pulled silver each day I've used the 800 so far. I did a morning hunt and an afternoon hunt.
The morning hunt didn't yield much and it was short. I managed to pull this big name plate. I usually dig all targets in quiet areas.
In the afternoon i went to a park where I've found a 1800s coins in the past. I've hit it multiple times with the ATP but i can't say I covered every inch.
My first good target was this ring really close to the base of a young tree. The stone was already out when I found it in the plug. I attempted to sift around to find it but no luck.
Continuing on swinging, I found myself at a big tree with a lot of broken branches around it. I got this amazing sounding tone around 33VDI, I didn't think about it, I pinpointed and dug the plug. My first Seated Half. I had to pinch myself to make sure I was alive and not in MD heaven hahaha.
Thanks for looking. Merry Christmas and good luck out there!
